Nigeria records 10 holidays in 2028. 8 are nationwide public holidays and 0 apply only in certain regions. New Year's Day (1 Jan 2028) and National Day (1 Oct 2028) fall on a weekend in 2028, so they hand back no extra day off. The longest run without one is 111 days, between 12 Jun 2028 and 1 Oct 2028. The year opens with New Year's Day on 1 Jan 2028 and closes with Boxing Day on 26 Dec 2028.
