How we count this
We start with every Monday-to-Friday date in 2029 and subtract each nationwide public holiday in Vatican City that lands on one of those days. Saturdays and Sundays are never counted as working days.
4 holidays (including Epifania del Signore, Anniversario della istituzione dello Stato della Città del Vaticano and Festa della natività della madonna) fall on a weekend this year, so they don't reduce the total. Where the government moves a holiday to a weekday, that substitute day appears in the data and is subtracted.
