Working days in South Korea, 2028
Every weekday of 2028 minus the nationwide public holidays that land on one. Holidays falling on a Saturday or Sunday are not counted, because in most countries they are simply lost.

How we count this
We start with every Monday-to-Friday date in 2028 and subtract each nationwide public holiday in South Korea that lands on one of those days. Saturdays and Sundays are never counted as working days.
1 holiday (새해) falls on a weekend this year, so it doesn't reduce the total. Where the government moves a holiday to a weekday, that substitute day appears in the data and is subtracted.
We don't subtract regional holidays, bank-only days or company shutdowns, because they don't apply to the whole country. March has the most working days (22) and January the fewest (18).
Regional holidays are excluded — they only apply in some areas. Check the 2028 calendar for those.
