Working days in South Korea, 2027
Every weekday of 2027 minus the nationwide public holidays that land on one. Holidays falling on a Saturday or Sunday are not counted, because in most countries they are simply lost.

How we count this
We start with every Monday-to-Friday date in 2027 and subtract each nationwide public holiday in South Korea that lands on one of those days. Saturdays and Sundays are never counted as working days.
3 holidays (설날, 현충일 and 크리스마스) fall on a weekend this year, so they don't reduce the total. Where the government moves a holiday to a weekday, that substitute day appears in the data and is subtracted.
We don't subtract regional holidays, bank-only days or company shutdowns, because they don't apply to the whole country. December has the most working days (23) and February the fewest (18).
Regional holidays are excluded — they only apply in some areas. Check the 2027 calendar for those.
