How we count this
We start with every Monday-to-Friday date in 2028 and subtract each nationwide public holiday in Saudi Arabia that lands on one of those days. Saturdays and Sundays are never counted as working days.
No nationwide holiday falls on a weekend this year, so every one of them reduces the total.
We don't subtract regional holidays, bank-only days or company shutdowns, because they don't apply to the whole country. March has the most working days (23) and April the fewest (20).
