How we count this
We start with every Monday-to-Friday date in 2028 and subtract each nationwide public holiday in Equatorial Guinea that lands on one of those days. Saturdays and Sundays are never counted as working days.
1 holiday (New Year's Day) falls on a weekend this year, so it doesn't reduce the total. Where the government moves a holiday to a weekday, that substitute day appears in the data and is subtracted.
