Every weekday of 2025 minus the nationwide public holidays that land on one. Holidays falling on a Saturday or Sunday are not counted, because in most countries they are simply lost.

How we count this
We start with every Monday-to-Friday date in 2025 and subtract each nationwide public holiday in El Salvador that lands on one of those days. Saturdays and Sundays are never counted as working days.
9 holidays (including Día de la Cru, Día de las Madres and Día del Padre) fall on a weekend this year, so they don't reduce the total. Where the government moves a holiday to a weekday, that substitute day appears in the data and is subtracted.
We don't subtract regional holidays, bank-only days or company shutdowns, because they don't apply to the whole country. January has the most working days (23) and November the fewest (14).
Regional holidays are excluded — they only apply in some areas. Check the 2025 calendar for those.
